What to Pack: Sydney, Australia

What to Pack for Sydney

Last week I put together my recommendations on what to do in Sydney, Australia here. It’d be a dream to go back for a visit and I hope you have the opportunity to travel to this amazing country! Here’s my packing list for the perfect trip down under.

1. A beach day on Bondi Beach is an absolute must, so don’t forget a pair of sunnies! 2. These bright-colored Tory Burch flip-flops are perfect for a post-beach bite to eat. 3. If you want to experience something traditionally Aussie you can try a little Vegemite (I’ve been told it’s an acquired taste, but I could never get myself to like it). 4. This cute bikini is perfect for a day of sun. 5. This tote will pack nice and flat in your luggage. 6. Tank tops like this one are neutral enough to wear with several outfits on your trip. 7. This Panama hat is fun and will be excellent to have for sightseeing. 8. Australian Gold sunscreen is my favorite and definitely necessary in this country. 9. A crossbody bucket bag like this one will go with everything. 10. Love these bright shorts. 11. A pair of comfy birks will keep your feet smiling as you explore on foot. 12. A nice camera is handy. I use a Canon, but wish mine was white like this one. 13. Long flight + crying babies = headphones. 14. An eye mask will help you get some extra Zzzs. 15. I like to dress in layers on flights–you never know if the plane is going to be hot or cold. This sweater is light and comfy and versatile for different temps. 16. A passport wallet that says “adventure awaits” to get you even more excited for your trip. 17. Stylish luggage that’s up to the challenge. 18. A Travel guide to look through on the long flight. 19. These J. Crew seaside pants are adorable. Perfect for a long flight!

What else would you pack? I’d love to hear!

Happy Travels!
